I started attending the Shital maam’s Prenatal virtual yoga class at 14 weeks pregnant and done the same till date of my delivery.My each day in pregnancy started with Shloka/Mantra chanting and Yoga. It’s the best decision I’ve made during my pregnancy.
I’m so happy that I found this yoga class. Shital ma’am is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about each person in the class.She has all the detailed information about each one attending classes and i felt it so comfortable as she has eye on each participant and corrects when goes wrong.
By attending the prenatal class regularly it really helped me to reduce backpain and daily practice of Pranayam helped me reduce stress and anxiety.
The best part is of informative sessions which she conducts every week including importance of garbhasanskar, diet during and after pregnancy, womb talk.. also sessions for baby care, breastfeeding and many more. Me n my husband got clarity that helped us through pregnancy and the birth of our baby as she takes very detail couple session, it is really helpful for new would be parents.
I’ve gained respect and love for my body and confidence in all that I’m capable of as a mother.
I have found to be more patient with pregnancy pains. I love how personal the class is, it helps you learn more and feel comfortable. Shital ma’am really gets to know you and what you need.She has your every sonography and other report details by heart. I love how I can ask her a question about anything and she has information to give me or a direction to point me, have taken guidance till last week of pregnancy for every trouble or pain i was facing.Also she guides you for more exercises personally once you cross your 34th week of pregnancy.
This is one class I would recommend, and a teacher you need to have in your pregnancy journey.
